キイロドロガメのエサ The feed of Yellow Mud Turtle
雑食性。Polyphagia
肉 （ササミやレバーなどの油のない肉をあたえます）。
Meat（Lever,The meat which does not have the oil is given）
魚、エビ（乾燥エビ）、水草、配合飼料、煮干、貝。
Fish and shrimp (dry shrimp), water plant, formula feed, drying fish, small Shellfish.
なんでもよく食べます。
Yellow Mud Turtle eat anything well.
キイロドロガメの大きさ The size of Yellow Mud Turtle
１５～２０センチ。15 - 20 centimeters.
だいたい１５ｃｍほどで成長がとまるようですが、まれに１５ｃｍをこえる個体もいます。
Yellow Mud turtle seems that growth stops with approximately 15cm.
The individual which exceeds 15cm rarely it is.
私が飼育している個体は１０センチで成長が止まっています。
As for my turtle, growth has stopped at 10 centimeters.
キイロドロガメの飼育水温 The Keeping water temperature of Yellow Mud Turtle
２５度～３０度くらいで飼育する。（ヒーターが必要）
I raise at 25-30.The heater is needed.
キイロドロガメの活動 The activity of Yellow Mud Turtle
甲羅干しが好きで、ほとんど一日中甲羅干しで過ごすこともあります。

私が飼育しているキイロドロガメはエサを探すとき以外は、ほとんど陸場にあがっています。
My turtle, other than the time when the feed is searched, most times, has risen to the land place.
しかし、ペットショップでみかけるキイロドロガメは、いつみても水の中にいます。

個体差はあるりますが、メスは大人しくオスは凶暴な固体が多いようです。
The female is placid, as for the male is an atrocious tendency.
じっとしているかと思えば、突然泳ぎ始めたり、行動が唐突で飽きない性格です。
That if I think whether it has done motionlessly, starting swimming suddenly,
conduct being abrupt, it is the character which does not grow tired.
もともと夏眠冬眠するらしく、基本的にはじっとしていることが好きなカメのようです。
Originally it aestivate and hibernate.

キイロドロガメの注意 The note of Yellow Mud Turtle
飼育は容易です。Keeping is easy.
甲羅干しが好きですが、活発に泳ぎ回ることもあるので、大きめの水槽で深いところを作ってやると良いでしょう。
Yellow Mud Turtle like sunlight bath, but there are also times which swim actively and turn.

よく甲羅干しするので陸場は必ず設置しましょう。

いったん泳ぎ始めると２０～３０分泳ぎ回っていることもあります。
When it starts swimming once, there are also times which 20~30 amount swim and turn.
数亜種に分かれているので、甲羅の色は各個体で黄土色や群青色などかなり違います。
Color of the shell is different in each individual, ocher and navy blue etc rather.
オスは凶暴な個体が多いので、雑居飼育はしないほうがよいでしょう。
Because as for the male the atrocious individual is many, as for mixed living Keeping the one which is not done is good, probably will be.
